The Riverside Food Lab is one of those places that’s easy to recommend because there’s truly something for everyone. Whether you’re craving sandwiches, tacos, ramen, pizza, desserts, coffee, or something completely different, the variety is fantastic. Everything is in one walkable space, so everyone in your group gets exactly what they want without having to compromise. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and has a real sense of community. It’s the kind of place where you can grab great food, hang out for a while, and discover a new favorite spot every time you visit. Parking was easy, everything was convenient to get to, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully designed. If you’re in the Riverside area, put this on your list. It’s a great place to meet friends, bring family, or simply explore some excellent local food vendors. I’ll definitely be back.

Honestly, Green Shack at the Food Lab is elite. The food is amazing, perfect texture and you can tell the ingredients are high quality and put together so well. And don't even get me started on the cookies and chips... they literally have everything. 10/10 recommend.

We ate at the Shrimp Shack inside the Food Lab, it was busy for a Tuesday night but not packed. There are lots of options for food but we chose Cajun. We ordered a shrimp bag with sausage and potatoes and a side of Cajun fries. We also ordered a burger and fries, everything was delicious and fresh. Service was fast and we were happy with how everything tasted. We'll definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.

Shrimp Shack has the bomb shrimp and grits!! Definitely a must try if you're into Louisiana cuisine. Very hearty. I can never finish in one sitting. What else do they have here? Burger, sushi, pizza, ice cream, vegan options, beer, cocktails and much more. Bathrooms are clean. Great place to grab lunch and dinner. A little bit of something for everyone.

Lots of different options next to the game lab, great for an evening with friends or family. I didn’t get a chance to try multiple locations within the food court, but Mia Vida Gordas wasn’t bad I personally prefer grilled chicken over shredded but it wasn’t bad. I ordered the el gordo burrito with chicken, service and atmosphere were pretty unique a time was certainly had 🎉💥💯❤️
